World of Self Care
An Evening of Self-Care aims to break down the stigma attached to mental health by an evening dedicated to discussing mental health openly, with experts in the field, and exploring practical self-care in a physical space.
The evening of self-care, audience participated in a drop-in workshop which invited them to write self-care manifestos and use self-reflection as a tool to identify creative ways to practise self-care and build these acts into their daily routines.
