Design Advisor

OUR STORY SO FAR…

Sisterhood creates pathways for confident changemakers to drive meaningful change. We believe design is the vehicle to revolutionise social and educational inequality through our community of confident changemakers. We are now looking for senior-level confident changemaking advisors to join our team and help us achieve our vision for growth.

Sisterhood was coined as ‘The best initiative to come out of Central Saint Martins’ by the Dean of CSM in 2015. As graduates we took the bold leap into founding a kitchen table idea and incorporated it in 2017. We are multifaceted creative entrepreneurs, stepping into our 5th year of creating various pathways for confident changemakers. We are taking our first steps to accelerated growth and scaling the business - expanding our reach and wholeheartedly taking up space in local and global markets as we expand the team and each region we operate in.

We are looking forward to welcoming a team of changemaking advisors, who with your expertise will come together and share the opportunities, step into our different roles and make us stronger as a collective to move toward actions that will achieve our bigger vision.

Bringing creative education to the 21st Century

This is a unique opportunity inviting a changemaker with proven experience and direct involvement in democratising design, the creative industry and/or creative education to join our board of changemakers.

To join our board you will have a knack for effectively communicating, advocating and fulfilling ideas to their full potential (funding, connecting them to local council, and/or continuation of project beyond programme).

You’re looking to make your mark by making connections with changemaking studio clients and steering them on pathways that move towards meaningful change and would like to apply your creative edge to break the mold and scale our impact. Establishing Sisterhood as the go-to creative girl-experts who empower changemaking spaces, people and organisations to do things differently by using creativity as the vehicle to bring creative education to the 21st century to accelerate gender equality and economic empowerment for youth.

Support in establishing predictable Sisterhood Studio revenue through our unique, sustainable business model

You will do this through:

  • A filter and connector between us and the right global and emerging brands to Sisterhood School and Studio identifying the exchange we both offer.
