Sisterhood comprises both Sisterhood School & Sisterhood Studio, we support young people and brands to design worlds in which young people can thrive.
Sisterhood School creates pathways for confident changemakers to drive meaningful change. We believe creativity is the vehicle to revolutionise social and educational inequality through our community of confident changemakers. Our vision is to see a world where every girl and gender-expanding changemaker can confidently communicate and design the change they want to see.
Sisterhood Studio is a community-production studio that supports organisations to become changemaking destinations for their community of customers. We come together with clients to co-create events, spaces, products/services, and campaigns with their community (and the Sisterhood community).
Creating Systems of support with smooth Operations
We are looking for a mid-level Virtual Assistant who has 5+ years of experience working closely with directors/founders of organisations, a bonus if you’ve done this in a charity or social enterprise. At Sisterhood, you will work closely to support the co-founders by leading and managing the operational aspects of the organisation, enabling the founders to focus on the strategic and creative priorities.
At this stage of your career, you bring a high level of organisation but also adaptability to embed yourself into an organisation's ways of working. You know how to manage the day-to-day operations of an organisation and can take initiative to implement new systems and processes to streamline workflow for yourself and for the co-founders.
You’re looking to work with an organisation that will enable you to use your full capabilities, skills and experience to contribute towards positive change.
